A smarter way to sell:
Start by submitting your horse to secure your spot in the sale. The catalog fee is not due upfront as long as you include the original registration papers and a signed transfer with your entry. Once these documents are received in the Fastrack office, your listing can go live and your entry is officially confirmed.
Prepare your horse for the sale by gathering professional photos, videos, registration documents, and required veterinary work. Fastrack reviews the materials and keeps every consignment on schedule so each listing meets the standard of the ring.
The seller is responsible for every presentation detail, including professional photos, videos, and veterinary work. Radiographs are required for horses one year and older, excluding broodmares. All veterinary and media scheduling is at the seller’s expense so the horse is showcased at its best.
Fastrack drives global visibility and markets the sale to a worldwide audience, while the seller manages individual buyer inquiries and private showings. Together, the sale gains reach, and your horse gets attention.
When the sale ends, Fastrack verifies payment before releasing any horse. Once cleared, the seller is notified and can coordinate pickup or delivery with the buyer. From entry to closing, every step is handled with transparency, security, and professionalism.
The standard
All horses entered into a Fastrack Sale are consigned directly by the seller. The seller is responsible for overseeing all aspects of preparation, including photography, videography, veterinary work, and coordination of radiographs when applicable, as well as buyer communications, showings, and post-sale logistics. Fastrack Sale Company reserves the right to deny or remove any consignment that does not meet these requirements.
All required materials, including registration papers, photographs, videos, veterinary statements, and radiographs, must be submitted by the published deadlines for each sale. Photos, videos, and veterinary documentation are due no later than twelve (12) days prior to the sale date. Early submission is strongly encouraged to maximize exposure and buyer interest. Any consignment failing to meet the deadlines or quality standards established by Fastrack may, at the company’s discretion, be withheld from publication or removed from the catalog.
All visual and veterinary materials must accurately depict and describe the horse being sold. Misrepresentation of age, pedigree, health, or condition will be grounds for immediate removal from the sale and forfeiture of all fees paid. The seller is responsible for accuracy, timeliness, and compliance with these requirements.
