All buyers participating in a Fastrack Sale must register and be approved prior to bidding. Registration requires submission of accurate personal and payment information, including a valid credit card for identity verification. The credit card on file will not be charged unless the buyer specifically requests Fastrack to process payment on their behalf. Fastrack reserves the right to deny or revoke bidding privileges at any time. By placing a bid, the buyer acknowledges and agrees to be legally bound by the published sale terms and conditions.

All bids are final. Once the sale closes, the highest bidder will be deemed the purchaser of record and is responsible for payment in full. Fastrack Sale Company will verify all payments before releasing any horse for pickup or transport. Payment instructions, accepted methods, and deadlines will be provided upon completion of each sale. Failure to make payment within the stated timeframe may result in forfeiture of the purchase and loss of future bidding privileges.

Fastrack acts solely as the sale facilitator and makes no guarantee regarding soundness, suitability, or future performance of any horse. Buyers are encouraged to perform all due diligence prior to bidding, including review of the open repository containing radiographs and veterinary findings. By bidding, buyers acknowledge that they have been given reasonable opportunity to inspect all information provided for the horse.

Upon payment confirmation, Fastrack will notify the seller that the horse is cleared for release. The buyer is responsible for arranging pickup or transportation within the designated timeframe. Risk of loss transfers to the buyer immediately upon clearance. The buyer has 7 days of free board while arranging transportation; after that, the seller’s designated board rate will apply and all funds will be due before the horse leaves the property.
